We want you to love our products, but sometimes it takes a while to find the right fit. Whether you want it tighter, looser, or just different.

That is why we’ve partnered with Return Key to offer easy returns and exchanges on any order within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a refund/exchange, please submit via this RETURNS & EXCHANGE PORTAL.


We understand that purchasing online without first seeing or trying it on might be difficult. With this in mind, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from your purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging & tags intact.

  • Returned item(s) must be in their clean and original condition - not worn, washed or altered, and have no visible signs of wear or tear.

  • Free gift(s) are not eligible for return / exchange.

  • Mystery Boxes, item(s) marked [CLEARANCE], and item(s) sold under Clearance Corner page are final sale and not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The purchaser will return / exchange the item(s) at their own expense but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.

  • For a FULL REFUND (excluding shipping fee) , purchased item(s) and free gift(s) have to be returned in proper condition as stated above. Otherwise, the price of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the amount refundable.

  • For PARTIAL REFUNDS on orders with free gift(s), free gift(s) will also have to be returned IF the remaining products being kept with you are not above the minimum spend. Otherwise, the price of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the amount refundable.

  • We offer (1) free exchange for any unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that refunds are strictly not allowed for items that have been exchanged.


Please email our Customer Success team at hello@shopbottomslab.com with the following details:

  • Your order number (found on your invoice or confirmation email).

  • Reason(s) for your return or exchange.

  • The details of new size/product if exchanging.

Our helpful Customer Success team will attend to your request within 1-2 business days and provide the relevant details and return address if necessary. Do not attempt to return the item prior to contacting us.


We will require the return shipping cost to be borne by the customer. All exchanges will be issued free of charge thereafter.

Note: We strongly recommend that you return the item via a trackable shipping method. All exchanges/returns will only be processed when we have the actual item(s) received back in our warehouse. If a returned parcel is lost in transit we will not be held accountable / no refund will be granted. Please provide a copy of your proof of postage in case of any lost or delayed parcels.


  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your refund / exchange from the day the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

  • Refunds may take up 10 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase. All refunds will be processed using the same method originally used for your purchase.


We're so sorry the order you received was less than perfect. We do have a strict quality control process in place however, a few may have slipped through the cracks.

In the event where you you receive damaged goods or if there’s a manufacturing defect on the item(s) that we have shipped out to you, please email us a clear picture of the defect to hello@shopbottomslab.com within 7 days from the date the product was received so that we can assist you in a timely manner and we can replace the item for you.


We understand it can be frustrating to receive the wrong order. As we support creating jobs for people, this means our fulfillment processes are handled manually by our extremely dedicated logistics team so there may be human error.

Please email us a picture of the wrong item received at hello@shopbottomslab.com for us to initiate the replacement process as soon as possible.


We work very quickly to process all our orders. Please notify our customer support team of any changes to the order as soon as possible preferably within 12 hours via email at hello@shopbottomslab.com.

However, sometimes we may have processed and shipped out your order within 12 hours and if that’s the case, we are unable to allow any changes. Please check our size chart carefully before you place an order.


If you wish to request for a cancellation of your order prior to dispatch, please email us at hello@shopbottomslab.com within 12 hours upon placing your order. If your order has been fulfilled before the 12 hours time frame, we will not be able to proceed with the necessary cancellations. Anything past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation.

We cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled upon request as our Fulfillment Team works very quickly in processing all our orders.
